Price isn't everything - after all, money 'saved' either by doing the photography in-house or by dealing with a general purpose photographer who doesn't have the training, background or resources to produce top-quality selling images isn't money saved at all. It's money wasted!

Not that we're expensive anyway - our price structure is extremely competitive, and costs are kept down further by efficient management of our resources and by our ongoing capital investment in the latest technology.

We charge by the day or the half day (our minimum booking period), and we're happy to work to a firm quote, to ensure that costs are under your full control.

How much do we charge per shot?
We don't price on a cost-per-shot basis because this system would work against your interests.
The reason for this is that the shots will only work for you if they sell your products or services. Some shots take only a few minutes to set up and others are more complex and take far longer.
So, to make sure that we get shots that really work for you, we take infinite care to get every shot right, and the end result will earn you far more than the cost!
So, working on a cost-per-shot basis would make it easier to work out the cost, but harder for you to sell your products. Our method, charging on the basis of the actual amount of time taken, produces individual and creative selling shots - and it can often be much cheaper too!

Additional costs
Another price benefit of dealing with us is that we will only charge you for our time, plus of course any materials and other disbursements such as models. We don't charge anything at all for the use of our studio or equipment, consultation or liaison with other professionals.

We make a modest charge of just 50p per mile for travel to location shoots, and your photographs can be used for any commercial purpose, without any restrictions, time limits or extra payment.

And, unusually, we won't charge you for the first cancellation on weather-dependent shoots provided that the weather forecast is accurate. We do however have to pass on any model agency charges for aborted shoots.

But price, fair trading and good value for money are only secondary reasons for dealing with us. The primary reason is that we will produce far better photos than you expect!
